On the island since 2009
SoundMykonos has played Mykonos since 2009 and never really left. Years of club nights taught us how to hold a floor of two thousand people; a decade of weddings taught us the opposite skill — reading a room of a hundred and twenty guests who all matter.
Today we are a small permanent crew, founded by DJ George Apsis: DJs, singers and live musicians, sound and lighting engineers — and the same FBT, TW Audio and Pioneer DJ equipment we use on our own events, available to rent.
Four in five of our clients are couples getting married — most of them planning one evening on an island they don't live on. Everything about how we work, from site visits to backup gear to an engineer on site, exists because of that.

Redundancy
Backup gear travels to every event
Every booking leaves our warehouse with spare amplification, cabling and players. On an island, there is no second delivery run at 21:00 — so we bring the second rig the first time.
